BLIZZ Terms of Use

Welcome to BLIZZ, the social experience dating app where groups connect, challenge, and play in the real world. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Wemeet Limited, Hong Kong ("Wemeet Limited," "we," "our," or "us") and govern your use of the BLIZZ mobile application (the "App"), website, and other related services (collectively, the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before using BLIZZ. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Reporting, Safety, and Misuse

BLIZZ provides in-app tools that allow users to report other users, groups, matches, profiles, messages, photos, challenge activity, or other conduct that may violate these Terms, our Community Rules, or applicable law.

Users must not use BLIZZ to harass, threaten, bully, impersonate, exploit, deceive, publish objectionable content, engage in non-consensual behavior, promote illegal activity, or otherwise misuse the Services. Any content or behavior that is abusive, sexually explicit in a prohibited way, unsafe, fraudulent, violent, hateful, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate may be removed by BLIZZ in its sole discretion.

If you report a matched user or matched group for suspected misuse, BLIZZ may immediately end or restrict that match for your account while the matter is reviewed. Submission of a report does not guarantee any particular enforcement outcome, but BLIZZ may investigate and take action as appropriate.

BLIZZ may, at its sole discretion, review reports and related content or account activity, and may take any action it deems appropriate, including warning a user, removing content, limiting features, ending matches, suspending accounts, banning users, or cooperating with law enforcement where required.

Users are encouraged to report suspected violations promptly and truthfully. False, malicious, or abusive reporting may itself constitute a violation of these Terms.

By using BLIZZ, you acknowledge and agree that BLIZZ may moderate user activity and user-generated content for safety, integrity, platform compliance, and enforcement of these Terms and our Community Rules.

For safety-related concerns or moderation questions, users may contact BLIZZ through the support or contact information provided in the app or on our website.

Community Rules

Users of BLIZZ must not:

- harass, threaten, intimidate, or stalk other users;

- engage in hate speech, discriminatory conduct, or abusive behavior;

- share sexually explicit, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content;

- impersonate any person or misrepresent their identity;

- use the Services for fraud, scams, spam, or unauthorized commercial activity;

- promote or participate in illegal, dangerous, or violent conduct; or

- violate the safety, privacy, or consent of any other user.

Blocking

Users may block other users at any time using the in-app blocking tools. When a user is blocked:

- the blocked user's content will be removed promptly from the blocking user's feed and visibility;

- the block may be logged and reviewed by the BLIZZ moderation team; and

- the blocked user will no longer be able to view, contact, or otherwise interact with the blocking user through the platform, to the extent supported by the app's features and systems.

Response Time

BLIZZ is committed to reviewing reports of objectionable content, abusive behavior, or other violations of these Terms as promptly as possible, and in any event within 24 hours of submission. Where appropriate, BLIZZ may take action including content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent termination of the offending user's account.

1. Overview of the BLIZZ Experience

BLIZZ is a real-world social exploration and dating app that allows users to:

- create or join small groups;

- get matched with nearby groups;

- participate in real-world challenges like dance battles, truth or dare, improvisation, or spontaneous games;

- earn reputation and tokens for completing events; and

- capture and optionally share moments via video ("Channels").

Think of BLIZZ as a fusion between real-life TikTok and social exploration akin to Pokémon Go.

2. Eligibility

You may use BLIZZ only if:

- you are at least 18 years of age;

- you are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement;

- you have not been banned from using our Services; and

- you do not appear on any government list prohibiting usage of commercial services.

You represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful and accurate.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use BLIZZ, you must create an account by providing a phone number or third-party login. You agree to:

- maintain the confidentiality of your credentials;

- provide accurate and up-to-date information; and

- accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

Vmeet Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is false, misleading, or violates these Terms.

4. Safety and Conduct Guidelines

BLIZZ prioritizes safe, respectful, and meaningful connections. You agree not to:

- harass, intimidate, stalk, or threaten any individual or group;

- post or distribute offensive, harmful, or explicit content;

- engage in or promote illegal activity or dangerous behavior; or

- use BLIZZ for solicitation, spam, or commercial gain without written permission.

BLIZZ reserves the right to monitor activity and remove content or users who violate these Terms.

Additionally, we want to clarify our use of face data for safety. Face data, if captured or processed, is used strictly for security and verification purposes, specifically to help confirm that the person attending a meetup is the same person who created the account. We do not share face data with third parties, and it is not used for advertising or marketing.

5. Real-World Interaction Disclaimer

You acknowledge that BLIZZ facilitates offline, unsupervised meetups and that you participate at your own risk. BLIZZ does not conduct background checks or verify identity. Please exercise common sense and follow local laws and health guidelines.

6. User Content and License

You retain ownership of any content you upload to BLIZZ, including videos, images, captions, and messages. By posting or uploading content, you grant Vmeet Limited a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and promote that content within the app and in promotional materials.

You may not upload content that:

- infringes intellectual property rights;

- depicts or promotes illegal activity or harassment; or

- includes minors without parental consent.

7. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

BLIZZ may offer paid features including tokens, premium filters, or event promotion. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, refund requests must be submitted through those platforms. For direct purchases, contact support@we-meet.app.

8. Termination of Use

We may suspend or terminate your access to BLIZZ at any time if:

- you breach these Terms;

- we detect misuse or fraud; or

- you behave in a way that endangers other users.

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vmeet Limited is not liable for:

- personal injury or property damage arising from in-person meetups;

- content posted by other users; or

- service interruptions or technical errors.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the greater of USD 100 (one hundred United States dollars) or the amount paid, if any, by you in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vmeet Limited and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:

- your use of the Services;

- your violation of these Terms; or

- any content you post or actions taken during meetups.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If material changes are made, we will notify users via the app or by email. Continued use of BLIZZ following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the competent courts of Hong Kong, as permitted by applicable law.
